Bio
Patricia Ogunfeibo is a non-practising solicitor and non-practising Chartered Tax Adviser who has been a landlord since 1986, and who now runs her property portfolio full time.
She is the founder of tenant2owner, the homeownership education platform hosted at tenant2owner.co.uk that helps renters in England move from tenancy to homeownership seamlessly.
She writes and speaks on the practical end of residential property issues from both sides of the tenancy, which she regards as the point: that landlords and tenants are simply two sides of the same coin.
