Just checked eligibility and as usual, it is restricted to mainly tenants in receipt of income support/benefits etc. This cancels out our properties. So much for helping Landlords too.
How do we access the funding? We have a number of tenanted properties that could do with new boilers/replacement heating systems, new windows and doors etc.
I think what is needed is an understanding as to what are the circumstances surrounding each tenant making a Rent Holiday Request (RHR). Hard proof of their loss of employment/income is the first stage. I think without this, it may...
