I can't think why if rent is kept low Davis assumes the tenant will never be able to afford to move and what is preventing this tenant from moving? kate
What does this writer mean by "level three qualification"? Does he mean landlords will have to go back to college to obtain a diploma on how to be a landlord?

I have the same problem, in fact I thought your question was mine! If Terry Sullivan is interested, I am keen to sell as I have had enough of spiral repair costs.
I use DPS but had a three month delay in recovering the portion of the deposit from a non rent paying tenant despite numerous phone calls and letters which were ignored. Do not recommend.
