good and sustainable homes - Landlords. allowing residents to live a healthy life - NHS. nurturing our children and building their future, - Education system. Clean and safe streets.- Council Tax.

I personally don't know of any rogue Landlords and have not heard of any in my area, if these people know of any then why are they not dealing with them instead of taking it out on us ?
(This begs the question: where is the accountability for tenants? Councils seem to operate on the assumption that tenants can’t be trusted to act responsibly.) If that's the case why don't they pay the landlord direct payments of housing benefits?
