Growing a Portfolio and not overcooking it?
I am looking to grow my portfolio, but only have experience in Bath and London, I would like to expand my area search as neither are within my price range anymore, and yields are coming down. ![]()
How do you gain knowledge on other areas, has anybody had any really good mentors who have helped them out? Realistically I would love a sounding board, someone to talk my ideas through with to make sure I haven’t completely ‘overcooked it’.
Many thanks
Natasha

Hi Natasha
My portfolio is in the North East if you would like to discuss rental yield %, potential capital returns and potential solid areas to invest in I would be glad to chat this through with you.
All depends what your goals are, what areas you would consider and ROI you are looking for to grow your portfolio.
If you want to have a chat let me know.
I’m in a similar position myself and looking to grow my portfolio in Yorkshire area I’m hoping to find someone prepared to offer the same insight 🙂
All the best Stuart

Hi Stuart,
It would be great to chat to you about this – what is the best way of swapping details?
