Clause 24 Interview with Steve Bolton – Platinum Property Partners
Steve Bolton of Platinum Property Partners has recently recorded a 22 minute interview with Billy Farrell, host and founder of “This Week In Property” Podcast.
The Podcast has already been widely distributed and was very popular on Facebook but for those Property118 members who may have missed it, please see below.
Since the interview was recorded the campaign lawyers have said the judicial review of section 24 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 2015 has a “reasonable chance of success”.
The legal team includes Cherie Blair QC, Connor Quigley QC and Sarah Hannett.
The next step is for the lawyers, Omnia Strategy LLP, to send a letter outlining the case to the Government with a view to commencing judicial review proceedings.
