Breaking a Northwood 3 year contract?

I am a landlord and have a 3 year Northwood Guaranteed Contract, I am not happy how the property has performed and am considering selling and buying something else.
As there is still 1.5 years left on the contract, how can I end my contract early?

Hi – There is no break clause. I’ve double checked.
