Our agent in the West Country
As you will no doubt be aware, the owners of Property118 acquired a 26% share in Letting Supermarket when it was a start up business. It has since flourished and over the coming weeks and months we will be proudly introducing you to some of the team.
Kevin Eggleton is the Letting Supermarket agent covering The West Country, i.e. Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
He has been an APIP qualified inventory provider for 5 years, prior to which he was a close protection officer for 28 years.
Kevin is responsible for viewings, check in/out, producing inventories, maintenance management and periodic inspections. All other functions of management such as advertising, rent collection, paying landlords, tenant referencing, deposit protection, tenancy agreements etc. are dealt with centrally at the Letting Supermarket head office in Shropshire.
Where else in the West Country can you find the same level of service from an ARLA agent for a fee of just 4% of rent collected? NOTE: no ‘add-on’ fees charged to landlords!
When Letting Supermarket first started they were told they were crazy, “it can’t be done” said the traditional agents. Well they are doing it, and they are doing it efficiently and profitably too, and have been for nearly two years now.

I am hoping for good things on the Letting Supermarket front down there in Devon and Cornwall.
I am looking at renting in Plymouth, so could be your neighbour soon. (Sorry)
