We have so much information on Property118 about evicting tenants that we decided to produce a simplified website to consolidate it.
We’d like to think our new website looks great on all mobile devices too.
Please CLICK HERE to view the new website.
I am very much looking forward to reading your feedback, please leave comments below.

Hello Mark,
I have just looked at the new website- it looks nice and clear and very informative. In am sure it will be another useful tool for us landlords when the time comes to deal with the undesirable tenants. Earlier this year I used the section 21 route to get rid of a tenant and found the advice that 118 provided invaluable. Im pleased to report that all went well. Of course getting the money owed is another matter and is as I write still the subject of a small claims proceedure. However, getting possesion is in my view the first and most important issue.
I wish the new website all the best and will follow it with interest – one can never know to much.
Kind regards to all
Mike
