Complaints about tenant
I have 2 apartments in a small block, I have had a few complaints regarding one of my tenants, it seems that he is using drugs and allowing others access to his apartment who are abusive and threatening to other residents, and his door was kicked in this morning at 4am. ![]()
He is 6 months into a 12 month AST, there is a clause in the agreement saying after 6 months either side can serve notice, there is also a guarrantor.
Question is, what is the correct way to get this lad out?
His rent payments are a little erratic but he isn’t in arrears.
All any advice gratefully received.
Thanks in advance
Ron
