I would have been useful to know, how much your company charges for drafting the LPA. Now information is only given about the donation of £25 to a charity. I have a will, but not a LPA. Does the person, who is named in the LPA, have to live in the UK? My only son lives in Spain, so I may have to ask a friend to act for me. Thanks.
