    I think everyone who is paying attention has been well aware of this issue for some time and I know that the NRLA have been lobbying hard on it. Whether the suggested variation on the Romalpa clause will work remains to be seen, but it was discussed on a recent webinar with David Smith, the well-known property lawyer, as a possibility.
