Ranjan, the AST was created not in 1985 as you state but by the 1988 Housing Act.

May I say that, as a hearing impaired person, I hate videos as they almost always contain sound, while the information could be easily shown in writing

I agree with your comments, however as much as foreign companies suck the profits out overseas, so do UK companies do the same where they have business overseas?
