Valuable Webinar for Benefit of Universal Credit Landlords this Wednesday

Any Landlords out there who are struggling with Universal Credit UC, or any tenants who’s Landlord may be evicting them getting no rent in, because UC make it impossible for Landlord to talk to them, please pass this to Landlords. It may just save your home. As Universal Credit & Neil Couling Direct don’t seem bothered that solving a LOT of the Nations homeless is/could be very simple indeed.

Tim Thomas (NRLA Policy Officer) will begin this webinar with an update on employment support schemes then expert Bill Irvine will be covering the operation of the APA scheme; DWP’s engagement with landlords; the problems that arise from this and how best to tackle them; and the failings of the Complaints system & ICE to properly recognise the interests of landlords/agents.
Marion Money (NRLA Local Representative for South East) will then be giving the experiences and top tips of a landlord who has let to tenants on Universal Credit.

I’m allowed the odd misdemeanor with the amount of stuff I put out there trying to save the Nations tenants & Landlords from the tyranny of the Govt’s shambolic UC system & the Councils homeless inducing Selective Licensing.
