Introducer Registration


The video above explains the Smart Property Company structure in detail. This is the same video your clients will be able to watch when you introduce them to us. Below the video is our Introducer Registration Form, which should take you less than a minute to complete.  You will then receive an email template which you can copy, paste and send to your landlord clients with a link to a video explaining how the structures we recommend work in detail.

The video also explains that we usually charge £400 for tax planning consultations, but we are happy to waive this for your clients if they use your unique Introducer website link. This also helps us to identity clients you have referred to us.

When your clients first click your Introducer link a cookie is left on their device. If your client instructs us within six months, whether via your link or not, our systems will know that you are the referral source and we will pay you the £2,000 + VAT commission when they pay for the implementation of their Smart Property Company structure.
