Aren’t commercial rents taking an absolute hammering right now?
How can you be sure to even get a paying tenant in the place?

Hi. Some are, some aren’t. It all depends.
It depends on who you have as tenants. Shops which sell products off shelves (apart from supermarkets and convenience stores) are stuffed. It depends on what commercial property you have and who the tenants are. For example, yesterday we agreed a rent increase and a renewed 10 year lease with no break clause on a building let to a tyre and exhaust centre. A good solid business who pays the rent and if it ever became empty, a great building plot.
Like with anything In life, commercial Property is great if you know what you are doing

Superb video. Lots to learn from this. Now here’s the big question; will that property sell?
