Time to stand up and be counted

I have joined the ranks and just paid my £600 to become a founder member of Property118 Action Group. It seems to me it’s easy to do nothing when our industry is under attack and to leave it all to someone else to try and sort it out.

Mark, you and your colleagues have a proven track record of righting wrongs in the sector and are worthy of support from all private landlords.

It is so important that Landlords stand up and oppose the threats and changes from government that we all face.

I hope my action will help encourage more people to support you as the penny drops and more people realise the problems we all face.

£10 a month is not a huge amount to pay and yet if enough people contribute it will ensure a fighting fund that can be deployed to address threats as they occur.

Please landlords, just view it as a nominal £10 a month insurance policy premium.

There comes a time when we have to stand up and be counted. I just stood up and I hope many others will do the same.

Please feel free to use my £600 to go fourth and *ollock anyone who needs *ollocking!
