Probably an unpopular opinion but I actually welcome this decision. Giving landlords with deep pockets tax relief is anti-competitive. What about average Joe that just wants a couple of properties to top up his pension? I’m no socialist but multimillionaire landlords can afford it yet Joe is denied such a privilege.
