The Eastern Landlords Association “ELA” is a membership organisation, existing to support and advise residential Landlords, and to represent the many reputable landlords in their dealings with tenants, local and national governments and the courts.
We have been established since 1989, with the main office in Norwich, and over 1200 members. A telephone helpline is available for members, with an experienced team able to assist in aspects of residential letting. It is affiliated to the British Property Federation, with members’ views heard at ministerial level.
