RPI linked lease extension calculationMake Text Bigger
I have 70 years left on a lease on a flat in London with a £100 ground rent with annual RPI linked uplifts.
I am currently looking at a lease extension and I was wondering if the freeholder will include the potential increase in value of the ground rent from increases is RPI in the statutory premium extension calculation
Given future RPI is uncertain I was wondering if this is possible?
Are there any tribunal cases to back this up?
