The number of landlords who want to complete their business restructuring and associated tax planning before the Nov 22nd Autumn Budget has hit record levels for Property118.

We are now booking consultations for after the Budget on a first come first served basis.

Whatever is announced in the Budget affecting landlords, for better or for worse, is unlikely to take effect at midnight on Budget day. That only really applies to increases on existing duties such as the price of beer, cigarettes and fuel. Heavier changes to legislation will form a new Finance Bill which will have to pass through Parliament and the House of Lords before finally receiving Royal Assent and become legislation. That process will take at least a few months, so whatever is announced there will still be time to act.

Bookings made for post Budget consultations will, of course, come with our GUARANTEE of total satisfaction or a full refund, which means you can book with confidence.

Consultations include Fact Find, expert analysis and a recorded video conference with your Property118 Consultant and your Accountant. Thereafter, our recommendations will be reviewed by Cotswold Barristers (at no extra charge). If they agree, and if you instruct them to complete the legal work to implement our suggestions, Cotswold Barristers will adopt our recommendations as their own professional advice, for which they carry professional indemnity insurance of £10,000,000 per claim. All consultations are confidential and you will be provided with a copy of the recording of the video conference. We GUARANTEE total satisfaction or a full refund.
