The number of landlords who want to complete their business restructuring and associated tax planning before the Nov 22nd Autumn Budget has hit record levels for Property118.
We are now booking consultations for after the Budget on a first come first served basis.
Whatever is announced in the Budget affecting landlords, for better or for worse, is unlikely to take effect at midnight on Budget day. That only really applies to increases on existing duties such as the price of beer, cigarettes and fuel. Heavier changes to legislation will form a new Finance Bill which will have to pass through Parliament and the House of Lords before finally receiving Royal Assent and become legislation. That process will take at least a few months, so whatever is announced there will still be time to act.
Bookings made for post Budget consultations will, of course, come with our GUARANTEE of total satisfaction or a full refund, which means you can book with confidence.Show Form To Book A Tax Planning Consultation
