Your web site is amazing. Who needs a seminar cost thousand of pounds?
How ever perhaps seminars would help me find funding. I am 76 years old. I have a three bed detached and two one bed flats which I am about to let but only after I read and digest your advice. I have £100000 to invest in perhaps two more one bed flats.
I cannot leverage my money because I cannot get a mortgage.
I refuse to have partners, a bad history in this strategy.
On the other hand I cannot afford to die. Too much inheritance tax and the other one..growth of value tax.
If I could put my grandchildren up as partners on a condition that they could not interfere with the assists or profits till I die then this would be acceptable,if only.
