One of the other projects we are working on is a viability calculator for property investments. It is inevitable that interest rates will go up so you need to know at what point you will break even. By entering details such as your loan amount, rental income, ground rent, service charges, management fees, maintenence, insurance premiums etc our new software will calculate this for you and a lot more too. Further details will be released in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we are interested in knowing what other calculations you would find useful.
