Do you want to become an award-winning property investor? The nominations for the Property Investors Awards are now open!

The awards celebrate excellence in the property industry and offer the chance to become recognised as a leader in the industry.

There are 20 award categories available with each winner being selected by a carefully selected independent judging panel.

  • Property Development of the Year

  • Co-Living Deal of the Year

  • Property Investor of the Year
  • Property Developer of the Year (£1 million or below)
  • Property Developer of the Year (above £1 million)
  • HMO Property Investor of the Year
  • HMO Property Deal of the Year (6 or less rooms)
  • HMO Property Deal of the Year (over 6 rooms)
  • Sustainable Property Developer of the Year
  • Sustainable Property Development Deal of the Year (£1 million or below)
  • Sustainable Property Development of the Year (above £1 million)
  • Commercial Developer of the Year (£1 million or below)
  • Commercial Developer of the Year (above £1 million)
  • Commercial Development of the Year (£1 million or below)
  • Commercial Development of the Year (above £1 million)

The deadline for nominations is the 23rd of July 2023 and nominations should only be submitted for deals completed between 1st January 2022 to 30th June 2023.
