Limited edition rate reduction for Portfolio Landlords

A Limited-Edition buy-to-let range has now been launched to assist portfolio landlords (landlords with 4 or more properties) with both re-mortgages and new purchases.

For single-unit houses and flats, 2 Year Fixed Rates are now starting from 2.75%  and 5 Year Fixed Rates now from 3.10%.

For HMOs and Multi-Unit Blocks, 2 Year Fixed Rates now starting from 2.85% and 5 Year Fixed Rates now from 3.34%.

Both 2 year fixed rates carry a 1% lender arrangement fee, and the 5 year rates a 2% lender fee, which can be added to the loan amount.

All products are available up to 75% Loan to Value for both purchases and re-mortgages, with the added benefit of a free valuation and £750.00 cashback paid on completion.

Availability includes personal or limited company borrowing for portfolio landlords with four or more mortgaged buy-to-let properties.

The products are unfortunately limited edition, so can be withdrawn at short notice.
