LANDLORDS – Section 24 Tax Is Optional

LANDLORDS - Section 24 Tax Is OptionalIf you don’t want to pay more tax as a result of Section 24 of the Finance (No.2) Act 2015, which restricts mortgage interest relief for individual landlords, you don’t have to. In the vast majority of cases it is optional, but only if you take positive action!

Throughout 2016 Property118 has discovered and published the details of numerous ways to restructure your financial affairs to negate the burden of additional tax. In some circumstances we have even been able to show people how to pay less tax than before.

There isn’t a one size fits all strategy because there are many alternative ways to restructure your tax affairs.

We are so confident we can point you towards the optimal structure for your rental property business that we are offering a no risk consultation. The price is just £400 inclusive of VAT and if you are not totally satisfied within 30 days we will refund you in full.

The service we offer includes:-

  1. one to one consultation (telephone and email based)
  2. a bespoke illustration of how the tax changes will affect you if you do nothing
  3. details of the most appropriate restructure plan for your personal circumstances together with an illustration of your tax savings
  4. obtaining quotes for implementation of the restructure strategy we recommend for you and referring you to the most appropriate members of our professional adviser panel to complete matters.

Please note that Property118.com does not promote “tax schemes”.

All recommendations offered by Property118 are based on legislation and, upon request, we are happy to link you to Government websites containing the legislation our recommendations are based on.

Every professional adviser on our panel is qualified, regulated, experienced and fully insured to implement any restructuring we recommend.
