Neither. The Conservatives have decimated the BTL industry (ably assisted by local councils and the courts). Labour will make things worse. My vote goes to Reform UK

Reform UK all the way, landlords have been brought to their knees by a so called Conservative government. Labour will wield the sword and finish the job. That is unless there is a viable opposition in parliament to challenge them. Reform UK is the only party that will provide good opposition. You can’t get a fag paper between many Labour and Conservative policies. Reform are radically different. The Conservatives need a good spanking and 5 years in the wilderness to recompose themselves as a centre right party. Reform UK may, during those 5 years make significant enough gains to form a majority in 2029. In any case a vote for Labour or Conservative will only serve to approve of their policies. Many will say that Reform are too small, its a wasted vote etc. Labour will win this election, even Reform say this, so don’t vote Conservative so as to prevent Labour, its already a done deal. Vote Reform to send the message the Conservatives need to hear and to have a viable landlord friendly and patriotic opposition. If you can’t sense my emotional frustration by this point, and just to make clear my POV – The Conservatives need a good flogging for wasting their 80 seat majority. Labour – can you imagine dumb and dumber representing the UK on the world stage, negotiating with Trump, Putin and others – it will be a damn farce. Arghhh

Both are hopeless parties pushing through globalist & green tyranny agendas Reform get my vote. There is no difference between labour and Tory both high tax high regulation 20mph zones LTN’s Ulez the war on landlords why would anyone vote for someone that is trying to destroy there their business. It looks like 5 years of labour unfortunately its going to have to get much worse for landlords for 5 years before reform get a chance. I think the polls over the weekend will show the Tories being overtaken by REFORM.
