Without a shadow of doubt, AA-Lettings is the best lettings agent I've ever used. We developed our lettings strategy together. As well as owning our own portfolio's Adam and I have a JV business where we buy, refurb and let/sell properties we acquire via auctions. Fair enough, Adam is my brother so maybe I would say that. I'm sure it won't be long before plenty of other landlords and tenants leave references here though.

Adam isn't my brother but I would have to agree with Mark's comments. Since Adam took over the management of a number of properties I co own I have seen a marked improvement in the bank balance. One clear advantage is that Adam has many years experience refurbishing properties and understands the building trade - heaven knows how much we have previously paid in call out charges and been over charged for unnecessary work. Adam clearly knows what he is doing and I have the utmost confidence in the service he provides quite simply because he continues to prove it to me.

I have been a tenant of AA lettings since the begining of the year, I would highly recommend them. Not only do they provide high quality housing at reasonable prices, but in my experience they also provide a quality, friendly service. They resolve any maintenance problems immediately and are always contactable. I feel confident in the service provided which makes my happy to continue renting with them.

AA Lettings have developed a greeat approach to letting property and have taken all of the stress out of doing so. As a landlord it is nice to see an organisation that focusses on this service rather than adding it on to another businesses - no hesitation in recommending them from a landlords (or tennants) perspective - efficient and payments on time which is what I look for, well done!

I have rented a property in South Wootton for the last six months and have found the service delivered from AA Lettings - Adam - first rate. Not only is he punctual but in my experience it is always possible to contact him.
With good quality properties and a friendly and efficient approach I would have no reservations recommending the service to others.

i have been a tenant of AA-lettings for 6 months and the service is outstanding, very polite and professional. i can always get hold of Adam if i have any maintenance issues or queries and they are resolved quite quickly, which as i don't live in his usual property area is fantastic. i have been with another letting agent previously in this property and there service was appalling and Adam was very helpful and supportive with this and that speaks volumes to me. i would recommend them to anyone.

i have been a tennant with aa lettings for almost a year now, well what can i say other than im really impressed with the high standards they have, when ever i have needed them for anything they are always on the end of the phone and with any maintenance that needs doing they are always there the same day or the next day at the latest, they are always friendly and very professional and get the job done, would just like to say a big thank you to adam and co for coming today and sorting out my door and oven. i would certainly recommend aa lettings.
