Capital Home Loans (CHL), you may remember them, the specialist buy-to-let lender is now lending again in England and Wales, through a select number of brokers. They are offering competitive rates and consistent criteria with a customer-centric approach.
CHL will consider lending to Individual BTL investors, Portfolio Landlords and Limited Companies. The good news is there is no differential or increased pricing between limited company and individual investor rates.
They will also consider lending to a much wider and flexible range than normal of property types including:
- Mutli-Unit Freehold Blocks
- Ex-local Authority (including deck access)
- Above/adjacent to commercial
- HMO
- Student lets
- Single or multiple ASTs
- Up to 2 Kitchens
- New build
Corporate lets and Housing Association/Local Authority lets considered.
Examples products available include:
Limited Company BTL: 75% LTV, 5 Year Fixed @ 3.25%
HMO/MUFB – Up to 6 Rooms/Units: 75% LTV, 5 Year Fixed @ 3.64%
