Became a Landlord in 2008 after doing Simon Zutshi's Master Mind 3 course.
Achieved 10 properties most of which I have self managed after having poor/bad experiences with Letting Agents.
But now with the inception of the Renters Rights Act, expanding Selective Licensing et al I have decided to gradually sell up - and am now down to 4 props.
