Bio

I have been involved in UK residential property investment and letting since 2002. Since then, my husband (Chris) and I have built a significant portfolio of high-end professional Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO’s) in Kent.

 In 2011, we started following articles on the Property 118 “P118” forum, and it soon became clear that there was a superb team being assembled to assist fellow landlords. Over time, we built a very strong professional relationship with that team and were invited to join it.

 Following years of extensive reading and researching HMRC’s tax manuals, published for their tax inspectors but open to public viewing, I decided to sit the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) exams.

 My time now is focused primarily on working with Property118 to provide landlord consultancy for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI’s).
