How do rents linked to 30% of local income even work? Should rents be linked to one person’s income or if there are 2 incomes in a household, then do they look at two incomes? What about variables in housing...
So they want a “We also support calls for a national register of landlords, a ‘property MoT’ to ensure homes in the private rented sector are safe and decent”. May ask what the council licensing is for then??
