As a landlord of 30 years plus, I have never had as many enquiries from people who are losing their homes, because the landlord is now selling up. It is all well and good "any" government "being seen" to do...
We carried out and identified hazards under this scheme and advised tenants of the issue. The next inspection, the same hazard was still there. Tenant advised again that their lifestyle was creating a hazard. Next visit, told we were harassing...
Just checking, but wonder have I missed what he said about tenants wrecking properties, not paying the rent and where there is anti-social behaviour. I'm sure he would wish to be equal with his criticism, but of course, there are...
The head (Chief Executive and First Permanent Secretary) of HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is John-Paul Marks. His link to Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs Secretary Yvette Cooper is that Marks started his civil service career in 2009 working as her...

Unfortunately, Pennycook is absolutely clueless and anti landlord. Never. In 30 plus years of providing rentals have so many people contacted me seeking accommodation because, "their landlord is selling up" Unfortunately these Ministers deliver a rhetoric to suit their needs...
“Renters shouldn’t have to live in homes that could damage their health for another decade.” I notice a distinct absence of “lifestyle” being a cause or significant contributory factor, but always a failure of the landlord.
