I applied for CBILS in April for the development purpose after submitting various documents i was told it was only 25% of your turn over and than it was refused by TSB. They told me to apply for the BBLs.

You are at loosing end. You have to pay what ever the amount tenants wants and it does not matter weather tenant had the opertunity to contact you or not. Remember landlord business is dead.

We had a similar situation tenant was not paying rent and was not giving access for gas safety check. Appointments were made and broken tenants said we could go in using the spare key but she left her dog loose....

Shelter are making tenants and landlords life more difficult. They put tenants at higher risk of homeless than they are. They give wrong advice to tenants just to make them look good. It think shelter would be closed down.
