In fact there are 3 markets, one missing are company owned properties to rent to employees to allow ' essential employed' to get over the ability to initially rent properties to enable to work in Jersey, yes the other two.
I really cant believe that social landlords like me, and many others, have small portfolios and are doing a service to local communities at affordable rents. I've have my rents based on personal circumstances. Mostly those on benefits and/or UC....
