Property Investor - long term rentals and short lets (serviced accommodation). I have various online courses on how to buy property at auction, how to build a property portfolio (3+1 strategy) and on short lets - Airbnb. I've never had a full time 9 to 5 job in my life. I've always believed in multiple streams of passive and portfolio income. My other business is a bookkeeping service and we have many property / landlord clients.
