Hello, I received an order for possession operative on or after 5 March from Southend County Court.
My agent tells me that a Court Bailiff can only be appointed following payment of a further fee, which has to now be paid over the telephone, to be instigated by the Court making the call.
Over the past two weeks my agent tells me numerous calls/emails have been made/sent to the Court, but no response to make the payment.
Is there another way of making a payment online or by some other means to appoint the Bailiff?
Thank you,
Mike
