Who Moves your tenants?

I am new to the Property 118 Forums and not really an active blogger or social media guru, but starting to get into it when I get the time.

One of my weaknesses is being a little too wordy, so I’ll try and keep things short and concise because it would be really great to get some thoughts on a few things that I am working on.

Moving Properties – whether for ourselves, tenants or business can be a stressful time but many of us leaving booking the removal vehicle, right until the last minute!

How many agents or landlords actually

1. Refer clients/tenants to a professional mover at point of exchange or deposit?

2. Have never really thought about it!

Would be great to hear your thoughts – who moves your tenants – does it matter to you?!
