I have been a Landlord since 2001, and believe in keeping up to date with all regulations and providing good quality safe accommodation. Most of my properties are within a five mile radius of my home.
I always try to have a good relationship with my tenants and respect them as I expect them to respect me. I respond very quickly to any maintenance issues and will consider pets and benefits tenants subject to guarantees.
I do not intend to sell any of my properties and hope my children will be able to inherit them.
