I have been a landlord for over 3 years and have worked in the housing market since 2004. I am slowly building a portfolio of rental properties with the aim of keeping them for as long as I am blessed to be on this planet!
I insist that my agents treat my tenants with the respect and fairness that they deserve and that they respond to tenants’ queries or concerns as soon as possible. I will, in turn, do all I can to alleviate those concerns and will make sure that my properties are kept in as good a condition as possible.
I do not restrict the type of tenants that live in my houses – like the houses, every tenant is different and I choose tenants based on merit rather than stereotypes.
