Spotlight on PRS Centres of Influence

In the coming weeks and months we will be inviting PRS Centres of Influence to appear in “Spotlight Articles” and to engage with the Property118 community.

Invitees will be at officer level position or above in Landlord Associations, housing charities, tenant groups, mortgage lenders, regulators and other key providers of products and services to the Private Rented Sector.

The “Spotlight Articles” will appear in our Newsletters which are sent daily to over 60,000 subscribers and also to 173,000 subscribers to our weekly News summary. The web pages will also be Search Engine Optimised for the individuals name and the organisation they represent and will be included in our Google News feed guaranteeing that they will appear on page one of a Google search for their own name and the name of their organisation for at least a few days following the publication of the article.

The structure of each “Spotlight Article” will be very similar, as follows:-
