I tried the Portfolio Analysis Calculator.
The Occupancy calculation is wrong.
e.g with fixed void period of 14 days, the occupancy goes up as the average tenancy length goes down.

for the heads up Mike, it certainly does appear that something has become
corrupted in that particular algorithm. We are looking into this and it will be
fixed by the weekend.

The algorithm is now fixed.
