Hello, we would like to change the supplier for our communal hallway electricity. Our properties are old Victorian style with a minimum of four flats and up to 10 flats all fully self-contained with their own meters for gas, water and electricity.
I can only find small/commercial business suppliers online. Our supply is a domestic supply 1 phase and when I go to a comparison website they are asking for numbers of bedrooms/occupiers which is not relevant to us and our needs.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, I have spent a lot of time on this already and am getting nowhere. We are not changing due to costs but for the appalling billing system, our existing suppliers have, who bought out our chosen suppliers.
Thanks,
Jane

Hi Jane
I have similar freehold and responsible for the communal area. I use bionic.co.uk and set up a business account with them. You are a business as the landlord and they sorted out a far cheaper deal
