Here we have the NRLA, supposedly representing Landlords, and a property ‘expert’ Faulkner, who want to improve the PRIVATE rented sector ( not the rented sector, as a whole ) so they devised yet this other measure, metted out onto private Landlords, called a property MOT via reference numbers.
Like landlords need any more bureaucracy, as much as they need a hole in their head.
I don’t see anyone mentioned in this little scam to make more money out of landlords as having a genuine interest in the well-being of, and sticking up for landlords.
