I Chair the Association of Local Landlords (Wessex) covering Bath & Bristol and have recently signed up as a Business Member. The information provided is second to none, I would recommend any business or landlord to consider joining. Particularly as this year we will be experiencing the introduction of game changing legislation that includes banning tenant fees, landlord redress scheme, fit for human habitation bills and electrical safety to name a few.
