Since the roll out of Universal Credit many flaws have been identified in the new Benefit.
We have heard of claimants experiences along with landlords all been effected by the new welfare reform.
Just last week a call handler spoke to The Independent Newspaper of the trials and tribulations she has faced in her job with dealing with a Universal Credit claimants.
The Guardian Newspaper have also shown a keen interest in Universal Credit and today have published an article (click here to see article) where a DWP member of staff talks of the strict rules that she has to abide by and that she is told to keep claimants on hold.
To call DWP it costs a ridiculous 55p per minute!
