The Importance of Testimonials (promotional article)

If you owned a hotel you would want to have lots of excellent reviews on Trip Advisor wouldn’t you?
That’s probably because you know that most people these days, possibly even you, don’t completely trust what business owners and holiday companies print in their brochures and advertise on their web-sites.
So why would your potential new clients look at your marketing or web-site any differently?
Independent testimonials are fast becoming a vital component of marketing. B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to consumer) will never go away but C2C (consumer to consumer) marketing is the way forward.
There’s no point in putting testimonials on your own web-site though. We’ve all seen them, e.g. Mrs P from Preston said “….blah, blah, blah” but what credibility have they got?
So how can property services businesses benefit from testimonials?
The You Tube video below explains how we have used them at Property118. Testimonials will also be a major feature of our Gold Business Membership packages when our business Directory is launched.
Does your marketing strategy include the use of independent testimonials on a highly visible, highly relevant web-site with massive exposure to your target market?

Testimonials are certainly useful, as are reviews left for the company on Google etc. A quick search around our area shows several agencies that’d be worth avoiding!
