In a recent survey of our database of over 100,000 landlords, 78% of respondents said they would trust a Peer to Peer recommendation over an advertisement or a listing on Google or Yell.com
In other words, landlords are more likely to utilise the services of a trade or profession if they are recommended to do so by another landlord. The more recommendations a company receives, the more likely they are to be used.
