When is a business review a licence to kill?

Property118.com re-launches on Wednesday the 9th of November and alongside their established Property News, Insight and Due Diligence calculators will be the site’s new testimonials led Property Services Directory run together with Thomson Local.

Research showed that 75% of Private Rental Sector landlords would welcome peer recommendations for trades and suppliers. Key to the Property118.com Property Services Directory is the ability for suppliers to pre-approve their client testimonials to avoid the malicious comments often left on well known review sites.

A complete site rebrand will go live on Wednesday 9th November including a directory of over 260,000 property service providers across the UK. Originally conceived as a resource for Private Rental Sector landlords the test site has already proved popular with a wide range of property professionals needing to find reliable services fast.

Property118.com Property News is circulated to almost 250,000 landlords and property professionals every week and the directory will be a valuable additional resource for these readers. In addition the Due Diligence section of the website has custom built portfolio viability calculators and a buy-to-let quote engine which is regularly updated with details of the top lenders in the market and their product offerings.

Property118.com is the brainchild of M.D. Mark Alexander who says “Our team are really excited to be offering such an important resource to landlords and property professionals whilst also offering a platform to build the reputations of those suppliers who do a good job.”
