Key members of the Property118 and Cotswold Barristers team are hoping to meet several of our regular readers and tax planning Clients at the West of England Landlord Expo on Tuesday 17th May 2022 as well as an anticipated 500+ other attendees.
During the event, Mark Smith, Head of Chambers at Cotswold Barristers will be delivering two seminars on landlord tax planning tax planning.

The West of England Landlord Expo 2022 is free to all landlords, prospective landlords, agents and managers. The event is organised by the four West of England local authorities (Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire). The event is paid for by event sponsors and exhibitors. The aim of the event is to provide relevant information and access to useful resources for landlords & letting agents in the private rented sector.
The West of England group is a partnership of four local authorities: Bath and North East Somerset Council, Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council and South Gloucestershire Council. We will observe social distancing guidance if appropriate. We will set up a booking system in advance to book a seminar slot.
You must register online on the Landlord Expo website to attend the Expo 2022 to guarantee entry. You can do this by registering clicking here to register as a delegate.
We welcome all landlords and other property professionals to the event. including those who are thinking about investing in the Private Rented Sector.
You can attend as many seminars throughout the day as you like as long as you book a slot.
There will be tea, coffee and water available for delegates throughout the day. Ashton Gate Stadium has a cafe for more substantial refreshments.
Ashton Gate stadium has offered free parking all day at the Landlord Expo. We try to accommodate all on-site, but we will signpost to alternative parking if necessary.
